The power couples Jay Z and Beyonce kicked off the On The Run tour with a massive sold out concert in Miami and left fans completely speechless performing a whopping 42 songs in total.
Both mega stars dazzled as they performed their bevy of hit duets from "Drunk In Love" to "Upgrade U" to "Crazy In Love" right along side all their greatest and current hits such as "Big Pimpin", "Partition", "Holy Grail" and "Single Ladies".
Bey burst onto the stage through a cloud of smoke in a jaw-dropping fishnet leotard and matching mask, while rapper Jay Z rocked a beanie, chunky gold chain, and shades. They both followed these looks up with multiple, head turning designer ensembles as the show progressed.
Needless to say, the power couple managed to deliver hit after hit in a high energy set that was chock full of stunning choreography and jaw dropping visuals. One of the biggest highlights however came right at the end of the show when an intimate video of their April 2008 wedding day was projected onto a big screen on stage as they closed the show with "Young Forever."
Critics have lauded the shows execution with USA Today's Erica Landau summarizing it as " a tantalizing spectacle that is so "exceptionally well coordinated" that it proves why these two stars "are on top together"
Beyonce and Jay Z are performing only 20 stadium shows but have already made over 100 million dollars from over 850 000 tickets sold. 2 arena concerts where announced for Paris show but all 90 000 tickets sold out in just 2 hours and it would seem the concert will not be a full on World Tour just yet.
