FIFA vice-president, Julio Humberto Grondona, is dead, Goal reports.He was 82.Grondona was also the head of the Argentine Football Association (AFA).
He has served as AFA president since 1979He was involved in numerous scandals and has been accused by media outlets of being a “mafioso.”
