The General Overseer of The Redeemed Christian Church of God (RCCG), Pastor Enoch Adeboye at this year's Holy Ghost Congress has assured all participant that God answers prayers.
Adeboye spoke during the on going Holy Ghost congress, at the church's new auditorium, 3km by 3km, urging, that God hears when he is called upon.
Speaking on the topic, 'Before they call', the cleric said God will do whatever is asked according to his name.
However, he noted that whatever is asked contrary to Gods will won't be answered.
"God will not give you somethings that you ask Him because He has something bigger for you, because you are too slow in asking, because you are too casual in your prayers."
"When you pray persistently and diligently, God will answer."
He noted that some people do not get answers to their prayers because they ask without believing, without having faith and because they have sin in them.
"If you regard iniquity in your heart, God will not hear you prayers, if he does not hear, then there can be no answer. Don't regard sin in your life, leave sin and God will answer our prayers," he said.
