Nigeria actress, Iyabo Ojo has filled a case against Yomi Fabiyi- an actor for allegedly defaming her in his recent statements made during a protest on the release of their colleague 'Baba Ijesha'.
She shared the court document via her Instagram page demanded a retraction of the statements, cease & desist, public apology, and a damage fee of N100 million.
The statements according to her on Instagram page alleged that Yomi in one of his protest placards state that she Iyabo Ojo and comedienne, Princess threatened to kill embattled Yoruba actor, Baba Ijesha if he was released from Police custody.
The statement she added was viewed by many during Yomi's live broadcast on Instagram.
