So Sad: Afro Hip Hop Star Nomoreloss is dead

Popular Afro Hip Hop star Olumuyiwa Osinuga aka Nomoreloss is dead.
He died this morning in his Lagos home after a brief illness.
We commiserate with his family, friends, and loved ones, with prayers that God gives us all the fortitude to bear this irreparable loss.   R.I.P Nomoreloss, you will be sorely missed.

So Sad: Minister of State for Labour Barr. James Ocholi is dead

The Hon. Minister of State for Labour and Employment, Barr. James Ocholi (SAN) is dead.
He died in a ghastly motor accident along side his son and wife on his way to Abuja. He was reported to have died instantly.

BREAKING: Police rescue abducted Babington schoolgirls

The three abducted schoolgirls of Babington Macaulay Junior Seminary in Ikorodu, Lagos, have been rescued by the police.
It was gathered that the schoolgirls were rescued in an overnight operation by the police while some of the kidnappers were arrested.
The Lagos State Police spokesperson, Dolapo Badmos, confirmed the rescue and arrests to our correspondent.
“Yes, the girls have been rescued safely by the police in an overnight operation. We also made some arrests,” she said.
The PPRO promised to get back to our correspondent with details of the operation.
The pupils, while studying in a classroom on Monday evening, were seized bygunmen numbering 15 and escaped through the school fence.Details later…


President Muhammadu Buhari has approved the appointment of Mrs. Adejoke Orelope-Adefulire as his Senior Special Assistant on Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
Mrs. Orelope-Adefulire served as Deputy-Governor of Lagos State in the last administration and is an accomplished politician with many years of experience in public service.
She has also served as Commissioner for Women Affairs and Poverty Alleviation in Lagos State.
